Set up
This is easy:
Sign up for Vulkify in Form below and complete simple on-boarding process.
Once you subscribe, Vulkify assigns a phone number to your account.
You give this phone number to your tenant as the "maintenance number" to contact if needed.

Repair is needed
The Tenant sends a text to the Vulkify number. Vulkify then springs into action.
Vulkify then:

Assesses the urgency and what is needed.

Scours public information to provide trouble shooting to tenant to avoid contractor being sent.

If simple fix is not avaiable, contacts appropriate vendors and requests bids.

Determines the minimum 2 lowest bids with best service records.

Contacts you to ask permission to proceed with your preferred bid.

Repair resolutions
After you Approve of the preferred bid, Vulkify schedules the appointment with the contractor and tenant.
Once job is completed, Vulkify contacts you for payment.
Vulkify provides you with a receipt and reports for tax purposes.

Tenant self-resolution
Vulkify interacts with tenant by suggesting ways to fix issues before sending out a contractor. For example, if the dishwasher won't work, Vulkify AI scans user manuals and finds possible fixes to the problem and walks the tenants through fixing the issue without a contractor.

If a contractor is required, Vulkify contacts multiple contractors and gets bids. The lowest bids are presented to you for approval.
